The best way to manage conflict is to prevent it.  With this in mind, the majority of our team has been through formal mediation training and is equipped with the tools to analyze potential conflict ahead of time and design processes to mitigate it.

That said, not all conflict can be foreseen. Our emphasis on conflict and mediation training also gives our team a solid foundation from which to build a framework where unexpected conflict can be voiced, processed and resolved.
