Seasons Greetings,

Our 20th year has been a busy one, filled with a flurry of texts, emails, exciting projects and busy days.

In celebration of this milestone, we thought it was a great occasion to “pen” our first TLG holiday letter. Since most families use these types of letters to brag about their accomplishments, reminisce about the past year and thank those who were along for the ride – we figured we should stick with tradition!

The life of a Langdon Grouper can shift in one day, from sitting in a stakeholder’s living room to facilitating a multi-agency meeting to laughing and having fun with clients and coworkers. We often discuss how lucky we are to have the opportunity to do such great work with such wonderful clients and colleagues (that’s you!).

20 years ago, engaging the public on projects was in its infancy. We spent most days just helping people understand what we do. Fast forward to 2017 and we spend our days designing and facilitating collaborative projects for our amazing clients. How lucky are we?

In reflecting on the past 20 years, we did some math (I know what you are thinking, communicators doing math?) and figured that in the past two decades, we have accomplished a lot, and changed quite a bit!

We sincerely appreciate those of you who were there with us 20 years ago and those who we met this year – THANK YOU!
