Kaysville City contracted with J-U-B Engineers, Inc. (J-U-B) and The Langdon Group (TLG) to provide engineering and public outreach services before and during the reconstruction of the major roadway throughout their City. TLG provided pre-construction assistance through the planning phase to meet with stakeholders and obtain temporary easements and access agreements to over 40+ stakeholders along the roadway. TLG collaborated closely with JUB to ensure the design met the stakeholders and the City’s expectations. Along with providing these pre-construction services, TLG is currently in the process of providing outreach to stakeholders while this roadway of over 2 miles is revamped. Because of the major utility reconstruction under the roadway, the project is expected to take over 3 years of construction. TLG makes the communication between the stakeholders, to the contractor, to the City, a smooth and easy delivery.
