The ICP CAB is a federally appointed citizens’ panel that provides independent advice and recommendations to the Office of Assistant Secretary, and designees, for the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Environmental Management (EM) Program for the Superfund cleanup efforts at the Idaho National Laboratory.
Since 2010, The Langdon Group has provided facilitation services for the CAB. The CAB members come from a wide variety of backgrounds and include EPA, IDEQ, environmentalists, natural resource users, INL workers, representatives of local government, health care, higher education, business, the Shoshone-Bannock tribe and the general public. The Langdon Group is responsible for consensus building and mediation to make specific recommendations for where federal dollars are spent on the Idaho Cleanup Project.
