The City of Post Falls Idaho has a population of over 44,000 people and is a key transportation network in North Idaho. It connects the major metropolitan city of Spokane Washington to North Idaho. As the City of Post Falls prepared their Transportation Master Plan they prioritized the public involvement process.
The Langdon Group implemented a strategic public involvement initiative that encouraged all members of the community to share their priorities for transportation projects within Post Falls. The public involvement strategy included a situation assessment, a series of technical advisory group meetings, a series of open houses, and a robust online strategy that included a social media graphics series, 3P visual comment mapping, and a dedicated website.
