The Targhee Forest Collaborative (TFC) Facilitation Project is designed to strengthen the TFC’s foundation through strategic facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and collaborative planning. The Langdon Group is leading efforts to conduct a comprehensive situational assessment to identify challenges and opportunities, facilitate quarterly meetings to align goals and develop a strategic work plan, and guide recruitment strategies to broaden and diversify participation.
