agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the use of SMS services provided
by The Langdon Group and apply to all users who have consented to receive text messages from us.
Customers can opt-in to receive messages in person at their physical location or by speaking
with a representative of The Langdon Group, Inc. either by email or text message. When a
customer is registered for the first time, they are asked to provide their phone number, and staff
is trained to ask if the customer would like to opt-in to SMS-based notifications. This is the
script we will provide to our customers for opt-in:
“By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from (name of the project
Public Involvement Team), The Langdon Group, Inc., regarding project information, project
updates and to respond to your inquiries. Message frequency varies based on communication
needs. Message & data rates may apply. No mobile information will be shared with third parties.
You can reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time or HELP for assistance. You can visit our website
to check our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.”
Opt-Out Process You may opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by texting the word
“STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to the number from which you received the message. Once you opt
out, you will no longer receive SMS communications unless you opt in again. Additional
instructions may be provided in the message you receive.
The frequency of SMS messages will vary based on the service or communication you have
opted into. You may receive periodic messages related to updates or important notifications
from The Langdon Group.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard rates from your mobile carrier may be charged for
SMS messages sent or received. Please check with your mobile provider for more information
on message and data rates.

SMS messages or for any technical issues that may occur during communication. Additionally,
we are not responsible for any third-party charges or fees related to the use of your mobile
device.
The Langdon Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the SMS
program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms or
misuse of the service.
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
the jurisdiction in which The Langdon Group operates, without regard to its conflict of law
principles.
